Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to most countries around the globe.


Where do you ship from?

All orders are dispatched from our international warehouse in Hong Kong.


Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to minimise delivery times. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, changes cannot be guaranteed — but you can still return the item for a full refund once received.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX, as well as PayPal.


When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and shipped the next business day.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand and international shipping, orders may take between 2–4 weeks to arrive, depending on your location.


What if I don't receive my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days after shipment, you're eligible for a full refund. Please contact us so we can assist you.


Will I be charged customs or import taxes?

Our prices are tax-free in GBP. Depending on your country’s import laws, you may be required to pay customs duties or taxes upon delivery. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not covered by Bambenza.


How do I return an item?

Please email us at support@shopbambenza.com with your order number and details of your return request. We’ll guide you through the process.


What if my item is defective, incorrect, or damaged?

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us immediately with your order number, photos of the item(s), and a brief description of the issue. We'll do our best to resolve the problem swiftly.


When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 7–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If it's taking longer, we recommend contacting your bank or card issuer for more information.
